Do you want someone to snuggle with? Pick me! Hi! My name is Penelope! I’m a lovebug who wants nothing more than to soak up all the pets, attention, and affection people are willing to give me! I also love toys. I need a forever home without other dogs. My previous owner said I’m okay with cats and kids though! My friends here at the shelter said kids that are older/sturdier are probably better for me. I’ve already been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, which means I can go home today! If you’re ready to cuddle, come meet me!
